When you reset your iPhone, all of your data will be saved. When you acquire another iPhone, everything will be as it was before.
Tap Reset all settings to restore your device’s factory default settings. Open Settings, swipe down, and then choose General. Select Delete. To reset all preferences back to their original state without deleting your data, tap Reset All Settings again. Swiping away from the top-left corner of the screen brings you back to the Home screen; swiping up.
If you delete a photo on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud Photo Library and don’t use the Photos app, it will be removed from both locations.
