The entrance of the garden is barrier-free and available to visitors using wheeled devices or ones with mobility problems. Closer to the entrance if needed, passengers can be dropped off. It also has electric doors at the entrance.
The only approachable treehouse is the lookout loft treehouse in their gardens. The point where wheelchairs are not available is The Peirce-du pont house and the chimes tower. The recreational vehicles are not available and no shuttle service is in the gardens.
Drinking fountains and restrooms all over the garden are wheelchair reachable. In the conservatory restrooms can be found located with the Green wall is reachable to the appointed wheelchairs.
