The platinum protection plan, includes fabric protection, leather protection, and product care.
Fabric Protection
Stains caused due to ice cream, food spills, milk and juice, oil, grease, lipstick, wax crayon, human & pet bodily fluids, ballpoint pen ink, red wine, colas, coffee, and tea.
It covers the protection against the stains which are caused accidentally in the households.
Leather Protection
The Leon’s provide leather care for full-grain genuine leather against accidental stains or damage caused due to human or pet fluids. Cigarette burns, lipstick or wax stains, beverages, food stains, Tears and punctures, or Cracking/Peeling due to moisture loss are covered at Leon’s.
Remedial services are also provided by Zucora. It will offer professional stain removal & repair of the mattress. They will repair or replace the fabric too. Within 14 days of the occurrence of accidental stains, a claim shall be made to obtain Zucora remedial services.
Product care is offered by the Leon’s under the same accidental damages such as food stains, lipstick stains, pet bodily fluids, cigarette burns, etc.
Normal wear and tear, accumulated soiling, odors, animal damage, seam separation, fading, or deterioration are not covered under the Platinum protection plan.
Leon’s Return Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to get rid of their old merchandise. The company adheres to health regulations. It does not carry/move professional delivery of bedding, only if they are enclosed by the customers.
Under the policy of Leons, Mattresses such as Memory Foam Mattress, Coil Mattress, Latex Mattress, Hybrid Mattress, and Air Mattress can be returned on 60 days return period. All the mattresses can be returned to Leon’s billing section within 60 days of purchase.
