Google stated that inactive accounts will be destroyed on June 1, 2021, and that no data would be accessed or deactivated for two years. Google also informs us that it will not share passwords, credentials, or unauthorized access in any manner, whether living or posthumous.
Set the period of time Google will wait after it determines you’ve been inactive for an extended amount of time. The standard is three months of inactivity, but you may set it to wait up to 18 months. Google promises that one month before your account becomes completely disabled, it will send emails and text messages to try to contact you.
If your dormant Google Account should be deleted, follow these steps: When your account is inactive, Google can remove all of its data or send it to your designated contacts. For the next three months, anybody who wants access to your material will be able to download it.
As of June 2021, Google will have the authority to delete emails from Gmail accounts that have gone inactive. When you haven’t used your Gmail account for more than two years (six years), it’s considered dormant.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case. If you said it was deleted from the trash, there is no way to retrieve the email in your account. The best option would be to ask the sender to resend the message if you recall who sent it to you.
