A card’s expiration date is the date on which a credit card stops being valid and, as such, cannot be used for payments or purchases. The credit card company will typically send a notice to the card holder by mail 10 to 12 weeks before the card expires.

The first step is to go to the “Order Management” tab and then click on “Actions”. Next, choose “Manage Expiration Date” and then select the date that you would like your purchase to expire. The balance of your purchase will be refunded and you will no longer have access to the product you purchased.

A user can deactivate their account as soon as they decide they want to stop using the service. The company will keep it on some time after that, but there is no set limit on how long it will do so.
