Go to ‘Your Orders’ and click ‘Return/replace’ next to the item you want to replace. Next, choose the item you want to return and explain why. If your time does not satisfy the replacement standards, you may be required to return it. A replacement order is required to qualify for replacement. After that, you’ll be considered a return label used to return the original item or charged for both.
